Five Page Categories

• [ ] Add this code to header/footer fields for categories where you want page numbers:

First Pages = front matter

• [ ] Usually no headers
• [ ] Roman numerals in footer need a different code:

New Pages = 1st page of a section

• [ ] Usually no headers or footers

Main Body = recto pages after the 1st page of a section

• [ ] Recto = right hand page as seen in an open book

• [ ] Odd-numbered pages

• [ ] Usually should put entries on the right (toward the outside of a book)

• [ ] First numbered page is recto & page 1
